1. Return & Refund Policy
1.1 Introduction
We strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our buyers. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions
under which returns and refunds are processed.
1.2 Return Eligibility
• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, Discounted items, Seller flagged non-returnable
items, fashion accessories and intimate products are not eligible for returns.
1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact the seller directly with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved by the seller, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
1.4 Refunds
• Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item to the seller
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact the seller immediately. To arrange for a replacement or
refund as soon as possible.
1.5 Exceptions
• Sale items are non-refundable.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
